TYPE BY Fakt is a highly functional sans-serif released in 2010 as Thomas Thiemich's second commercially released typeface. The 2020 update added comprehensive support for Greek and Cyrillic scripts. Fakt skillfully combines the best characteristics of archetypal sanserifs: the grotesk tradition of Helvetica/Neue Haas Grotesk (1950s) and the geometric sensibilities of Futura (1920s). The ten weights include an ethereal 'Air' weight, with roman and italic designs built around three widths. Features include small caps, stylistic alternates, and comprehensive figure sets.
