Designed by Paul Barnes for Jon Hill's 2015 redesign of the Daily Telegraph, Austin News adapts the successful Austin families originally designed for magazines into a collection of four closely related typefaces for headlines and text in both print and screen use. With compact ascenders and descenders for tight leading, Austin News embodies classic news proportions while maintaining the elegance of its fashion-magazine origins.
